All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. All international orders are shipped via USPS.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 800-647-5730 so we can arrange a return.

Your return must meet the following conditions:
* The item must be in original packaging
* It must be packaged well enough to prevent damage
* It must be shipped to us within 30 days from receipt

You will need a copy of your receipt. If your purchase was paid with a credit card, a credit memo for that amount will be issued to your credit card company. If paid by check, a refund check will be sent to you.
