Description
The silver plated sauce spoon in the Albi pattern is ideal for skimming sauces off a plate and can substitute as a fish knife. The flat-bottomed utensil was created for this purpose in 1950 by Paris famous Lasserre restaurant. The Albi line, created in 1968, takes its inspiration from a French town located between Toulouse and Bordeaux and its famous cathedral known for its remarkable architecture, clean straight lines and single nave.
Created in 1967, this pattern was inspired by the straight, pure lines of the cathedral in Albi, France.
