To place an order just make your selection, fill your shopping cart and check out , or call us at 1-800-647-5730 during our normal business hours. Our skilled representatives will be happy to assist you.

Order Confirmation:  After placing your order you will be sent two order confirmations via e-mail; one informing you that Pink Daisy received your order, and the second informing you that your order shipped. For your security, we does not keep credit card information on file.  Since we do not store credit card information, payments are processed to your credit card within 24 hours of order placement to reserve inventory.


Sales Tax: There is a 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. All other states are tax exempt.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 with code FREESHIPPING at checkout. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promo codes. 

Standard Delivery
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.  Expedited shipping may be available upon request. If you need your order processed quicker, please call us at 215-321-2248  or email Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.

In-store pickup is available for in-stock merchandise; you can select this option in the checkout process.

In-Stock Merchandise
In-stock merchandise is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

We at times allow customers to pre-order merchandise that is not yet available for shipment. The release date is provided by the supplier and indicates the date the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change by the supplier; such date changes will be updated as we receive them.

If you live in Pennsylvania, you will be charged Pennsylvania Sales Tax on your order. 

We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service. We use U.S. Postal Service for selected items and addresses.

In order to avoid confusion, please note the following:

  1. We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday and orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday .
  2. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto & International Shipments: We are pleased to ship internationally and the shipping charges are determined on an individual basis. Since shipping costs vary based on location, we request that before placing the order, call 1-800-647-5730 to receive an estimate shipping cost to confirm you do indeed want to proceed with the order. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the shipping and an e-mail will be sent informing you this along with the actual cost of shipping.
  3. Any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of purchaser and/or recipient.

Express Shipping

If you need express shipping, please call 1-800-647-5730 to request a rush order. At this time, we will give you an estimated price for One Day Express and Two Day Express and ask if you would still like to proceed. The orders must also be placed before 1pm (EST) for next day shipping. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the express shipping and an e-mail will be sent informing you of this transaction along with the actual cost of shipping.

Delivery Surcharges ($)Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; we will e-mail you informing you of this extra charge.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship your products internationally. Please contact us prior to your purchase about an estimate on shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns of unused items within 15 days of receipt of the package. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by our Return Authorization Number. To request a Return Authorization Number, please send an email to or call customer service 1-800-647-5730. The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges.  If your original order qualified for “complimentary shipping” we will deduct the actual costs that were incurred by us to ship to you. We will advise you of the shipping costs at the time of your request for the Return Authorization.

Import merchandise, items drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer, holiday and seasonal items, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable—so take special care when giving instructions for special orders and personalization. 

A gift can be returned for exchange only.

There is 20% restocking fee on items ordered for you.

Return the product to: 90 West Afton Ave., Yardley, PA 19067 (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes when we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Special Orders

As special orders are items specifically ordered for you at your request, payment is processed at time of order placement and the order is immediately made with the manufacturer.  Special orders are shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer.  Due to the nature of special orders, after 24 hours of order placement, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund; all sales are final on special order items after 24 hours of order placement and special order items are non-returnable.

Damaged Goods Policy

We trust your package has arrived safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made within 10 work days to the carrier: UPS: 800-742-5877.

Shipping and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.

We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collections of claims.

Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the shipping agent, we are not responsible for replacing said item.
