Launched in 1950 by the Lasserre restaurant in Paris, the flat-bottomed gourmet sauce spoon is designed to skim sauces from a plate.
Created in 1933 and presented at the International Exposition of Arts and Techniques in 1937, the angular corners of this model are characteristic of the Art Deco style.
