Blue Shòu features design elements adapted from our iconic and historic Blue Canton pattern and applied to newer contemporary shapes that echoe the lines of the earlier pattern. The word Shòu (pronounced “show”) is the Chinese word for long life. The evergreen tree appears as the key design element throughout, symbolizing longevity and endurance.
The design uses classic cobalt on bright white high fire porcelain. It has a bold color softened by the melted look of true cobalt as does Blue Canton.
Blue Shòu is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. It is sure to become a new classic.
