Chelsea Feather Turquoise Rim Soup Plate

This classic colorful plate has a beautiful scalloped edge and 22 carat gold feathering witha handpainting. The original antique shape was produced by the Royal Worcester Manufactury for the Duke of Gloucester, an honorific title given to the younger brother, William Henry, of King George III of England.
